Greif and Loss Counselling

Grief counselling is also known as a Bereavement  Therapy. Grief is a normal part of life. However, sometimes we have difficulty accepting and coping with such situation. Grief counselling is used to help individuals to cope with their loss of loved ones. Grief can cause both emotional and physical pain, and it could impact our ability to function. Grief can show up in a variety of forms, including shock, anger, guilt, denial, profound sadness. Grief is a process, and everybody have different way of expressing their sorrow. We will work on techniques that can be used to overcome these feelings.

Therapy

Signs that I need Grief Counselling.

  • Difficulty with normal tasks and routines (like cooking, attending work, etc.)

  • Ongoing feelings of guilt or regret related to the death or loved
    one

  • Intense sadness leading to prolonged loss of interest in activities

  • Isolation as a result of the loss
