Grief Counselling

Grief counselling, also known as bereavement therapy, is a supportive therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and cope with the loss of a loved one. While grief is a natural and universal response to loss, it can at times become overwhelming and interfere with daily functioning.

Grief can manifest in many forms—emotionally, physically, and psychologically. Common reactions include shock, denial, anger, guilt, and deep sadness. These feelings can be intense and unpredictable, and each person's grieving process is unique.

Grief counselling provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore these emotions, process the loss, and gradually find a path forward. Together, we will work on healthy coping strategies and personalized techniques to support emotional healing and restore balance.
