Grief counselling is used to help individuals to cope with their loss of loved ones. Grief can cause both emotional and physical pain, and it could impact our ability to function. Grief can show up in a variety of forms, including shock, anger, guilt, denial, profound sadness. Grief is a process, and everybody have different way of expressing their sorrow. We will work on techniques that can be used to overcome these feelings.
